Alligator Indian - Telepathic Boys

North Carolina trio Alligator Indian combine catchy punk melodies with echoey, fuzzy vocals, resulting in a sound that wouldn’t feel out of place on The Lost Boys soundtrack.  The distortion and guitar screams in the background only further add to the dichotomy of comfort and uneasiness.

Poor Spirits, Too Easy (from the Forever Cruising EP)

Poor Spirits’ ”Too Easy” hits the spot. It’s a delightful as fuck jam that I could just live in.  See I had to join in on the lovefest that @alligatorindian and @poorspiritsss were having on Twitter.  There was a lot of mutual appreciation for each other going on.  It was totes adorable and well deserved.  Both are amazing acts that need to be HUGE.  I can’t wait to hear all of the Forever Cruising EP and if you haven’t checked out Alligator Indian’s album “Football” get on that.  Head on over to Bandcamp ASAP!  And you can stream some more goodness from Poor Spirits over at Soundcloud.  Are you ready to get in on this lovefest!?
